Who we are

At THE HOLLOW, our mission is to enable you to elevate your well being. We prioritize time, so every second counts. Our workouts focus on toning, strengthening, and endurance. Not only is it a physical push, but we tap into your mental strength as well, to deliver you the full experience. Our classes are music driven and mind-body focused.

We are an open space for all levels and backgrounds. We even welcome babies because making time for OURSELVES is challenging. All you have to do is show up.

Barefoot is best but always optional and please bring a mat! There will be a few for borrow in case you forget yours.

Hi there! A quick little introduction of myself…

Movement has always meant a lot to me and my goal was to encourage people to feel the same. Teaching for 11 years now, I learned a lot about the mind-body connection. I wanted to dig deeper and know the most I can about giving the body and mind what it deserves and craves. MOVEMENT. This lead me to get my certifications, do my research, be a student, and teach at numerous studios. I wanted to share everything I have learned and developed, so I built a space where I can do that, THE HOLLOW.
